This article was supposed to contain a loud room mic test as well, but the coffee shop I normally use for my loud room is really quiet today. Not sure why!
The background noise isolation is very good though, so I have no doubt it would perform well under louder conditions. You can get a taste of that during the keyboard test in this audio sample.
